Bottom Roll

The bottom roll is one of the main components of a disposable paper cup. Paper cups consist of two main parts: Cup fan and bottom roll and have different volumes or sizes.
By changing the volume of the cup, the shape of the body, and the bottom of the cup also changes, so the width of the bottom roll used to produce paper cups in cup-making machines is directly related to the volume of the cup. To produce bottom rolls, laminated paper rolls with a large width are cut into bottom rolls with smaller widths in a slitter machine.

Baran Pack can produce all kinds of bottom rolls in custom widths with large quantity by using modern machines in production lines. Bottom rolls with widths of 5 cm and 6.6 cm are among the best-selling and popular products of this company. Bottom rolls are sold in palletized and packed by plastic film outside in the market of disposable paper containers, and usually each pallet contains 20 to 30 bottom rolls.

The most advantages of this company products are: Using virgin paper (produced from sugarcane) and non-recycled, and using high-quality and food-grade polyethylene by modern production line and unified cutting along the entire length of each loop of the bottom roll.
